Satski ski app Android and WinMo

Satsports software maker brings its Satski and Sports-Log applications to the Android and Windows Mobile platform. Satski keeps you constantly aware of your position while skiing. Users can choose from a large number of ski resorts worldwide. During skiing you get navigation, display of the altitude, speed, distance and location relative to the POI's.

If an Internet connection is available, you can check your current position and compare it to your fellow skiers or in case of emergency you can pass your position to rescue services. The software stores the routes traveled and afterwards you can play them back using Google Earth.

Individual positions may also be enriched with satellite photos or images. Satski is available in a number of variants from € 5.50

Sports-Log

Sports-Log stores information about any journey which then can be used for later analysis or formulation for training programs for runners and cyclists. The demo version of Sports-Log can be downloaded for free, but for the complete version costs EUR 6, -. (Source: Pocketnavigation.nl)
