SPB Mobile Shell 3 Windows Mobile

Software maker SPB released a new version of its Mobile Shell program. The application, together with TouchFlo3D is the most popular software for Windows Mobile of the moment. The new version adds included widgets.

The new Mobile Shell was revealed for the first time at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February, but was still in development. The new version includes kinetic scrolling, widgets and separate indicators for each e-mail account. Mobile Shell is with HTC' TouchFlo3D one of the most popular software for Windows Mobile.

SPB Mobile Shell is a shell around the default interface of Windows Mobile which replaces the menus of Windows Mobile calendar with their own version. It is the manufacturer one of the most downloaded mobile applications in the world and comes standard with some smart phones. For the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 it was free to download SPB Mobile Shell. The program costs thirty U.S. dollars.
